Patrol Group is a global competitor in production of plastic products by injection moulding. The history of the company dates back to the beginning of the 90s. During most recent year, we have processed more than 10,000 tonnes of various polymers into a whole plethora of products. As a supplier of ready-to-use products to working with renowned retailers throughout Europe, we regularly undergo complex quality audits which confirm our manufacturing competence and our ability to meet the highest of customer standards. Many years of experience and accumulated knowledge allow us to provide services at the top global level.

Automation of production processes and technological prowess allow us to optimize production, shorten the time of order deliverability and rationalize the cost of production for components and finished products alike.

Machine Park
In order to offer our customers the highest quality products, we are constantly modernizing our machine park. Highly qualified staff, using the accumulated know-how accompany and consult our customers at every stage of cooperation. We have more than 60 specialized injection moulding machines of the world’s top brands such as Krauss Maffei and Haitian with clamp forces from 90 to 1300 tons.
Most of our machines are operated by industrial robots (Wittmann Battenfeld). Thanks to robotization we have increased the quality and efficiency of our production. The introduction of modern technologies allows us to be open and flexible to the needs of the market and new production projects.

TOOLING DEPARTMENT
We offer services in the field of design and construction of injection moulds. We use our own modern machine park, extensive design facilities and advanced software. Moulding forms are made basing on technical documentation provided by customers, as well as basing on projects prepared by our design and technology office, while remaining in constant contact with the customer. We carry out individual projects as well as combined projects in cooperation with other tooling departments.
