1.5. The privacy policy fulfils the information obligation resulting from Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

The policy applies to all activities related to the processing of personal data of Users of the Service.

The Administrator may process data concerning the use of the Service for the purpose of:

- improvement of the Service's functioning,
- ensuring the security of IT systems.

- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interests of the Controller,

- correspondence data – for the duration of contact, and for the period necessary for the pursuit or defence of claims,

- marketing data – until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.

The administrator may use user data for profiling for marketing purposes, which include in particular tailoring advertising content. Profiling does not lead to decisions being made about the user that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect their situation.

The administrator implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data being processed, in particular:

- IT infrastructure security,
- Regular system updates.

When using the Service, technical data concerning the connection may be automatically saved, in particular:
