Project Manager – Lidl International

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of sales projects carried out for Schwarz Group, including Lidl and Kaufland, from the tender stage to product delivery.;
  • Current cooperation with merchants and Lidl teams in various countries;
  • Monitoring of deadlines, project documentation, and implementation processes;
  • Managing communication between the client and internal departments of the company (production, planning, quality, marketing, purchasing);
  • Co-ordination of processes related to quality audits and product requirements;
  • Supervision of contractual documentation and implementation of changes arising from client requirements;
  • Preparation and coordination of tender offers;
  • Co-operation in the creation of graphic materials, packaging and product instructions;
  • Monitoring of processes carried out in the client's portals and systems.;
  • Resolving current design issues and ensuring the timely completion of all project stages;
  • Cooperation with the production plant and supervision of order fulfilment.;
  • Co-ordinating the work of the team responsible for managing Lidl projects.

Our requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or key account management;
  • Knowledge of German and English languages, including at least one at a very good level and the other at a communicative level, enabling effective daily cooperation with business partners;
  • Highly developed organisational and work planning skills.;
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Independence, responsibility, and a results-oriented approach;
  • The ability to collaborate with multiple departments within an organisation.;
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Welcome experience in working with international retail chains.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing sales of Patrol Group's products in the UK and Ireland.
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients and actively acquiring new clients.
  • Implementation of the Company's sales plans.
  • independently conducting client meetings,
  • participation in local and international trade fairs;
  • conducting international contract negotiations.

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales;
  • Very good command of English at a business level, with experience communicating with clients in the UK.
  • Category B driving licence – ability to drive a passenger car in the UK.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, supported by successful results.
  • Excellent time management skills, a high degree of independence, and strong dedication to achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting commercial proposals and conducting business discussions via phone, email, and video conferences.
  • Practical experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in working with international retail chain clients will be considered an advantage.

  • Ownership of e-commerce sales performance and business results.
  • Responsibility for managing and optimizing key e-commerce areas, including traffic, conversion, UX, SEO, attribution, and online channel performance.
  • Setting strategic priorities to drive traffic growth and increase sales.
  • Managing and optimizing the sales funnel and conversion-driving activities.
  • Setting strategic priorities for e-commerce platform development, UX optimization, and sales-related implementations.
  • Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of the online product offering and product data feeds.

  • Communication skills: you are an open, collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships and works effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical and critical thinking: you challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and draw actionable insights from data to support business objectives.
  • Business analytics: you effectively use KPIs such as CR, ROAS, CAC, and online traffic metrics to generate insights and drive data-informed business decisions.
  • Business–technology collaboration: you effectively partner with Marketing, Product, Logistics, and IT teams to translate business needs into actionable implementation priorities.
